Terms of Use
Last updated: July 8, 2026
These terms apply to your use of LumKit, an iOS app for creating cinematic looks, exporting standard .cube LUT files and rendering a look onto a single photo or video clip.
App license
Your use of LumKit is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless LumKit provides a separate written agreement. You can review Apple's standard terms at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
Acceptable use
Use LumKit only with media you own or have permission to process. You are responsible for your imported media, exported LUT files, applied photos and applied videos.
Subscriptions and purchases
LumKit Pro features may be offered through auto-renewing subscriptions or other in-app purchases. Purchases are charged to your Apple ID and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple account settings. Pro access depends on successful entitlement validation.
Exports
LumKit exports creative color transformations and applied media outputs. A .cube LUT stores color transform data only; it does not include grain, vignette, sharpening, blur, glow, halation, masks, layers or timeline edits.
Third-party workflows
LumKit may create files compatible with standard color workflows and camera apps. LumKit is not affiliated with or endorsed by third-party editing, camera or platform brands.
Changes
We may update these terms as LumKit evolves. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
